OEE houses the CSU Learning Innovation Team, which includes CSU Online, CSU Professional Education, CSU Extension Programs, and OLLI. These units collaboratively advance CSU's land-grant mission and strategic roadmap through dynamic partnerships, workforce-aligned education, and lifelong learning.</p> <p>The CSU Learning Innovation Team designs and delivers educational programs that are research-informed, market-relevant, and accessible across communities, sectors, and stages of life. The team works across CSU colleges and divisions to co-create learning solutions that meet the needs of modern learners and support institutional growth.</p> <p>Colorado State University encourages professional development and provides an Employee Study Privilege with up to nine credit hours of tuition assistance annually.</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>The Program Coordinator, CSU Online, supports the planning, implementation, and growth of online and off-campus for-credit degree and certificate programs across our college portfolio. The Program Coordinator collaborates closely with internal teams and stakeholders to support procedures and tasks. This position supports planning, logistics, system upkeep, and ensures implementation and success.</p> <p>The varied and broad responsibilities of the Program Coordinator are based on the programs and initiatives required to successfully deliver and support online education. This position plays an integral role in the management and administration of current and future programmatic offerings, as well as the management of processes and projects within the unit. The Program Coordinator provides program staff and faculty with data and recommendations to ensure quality and improve viability of current and future online learning programs. Professional interaction with internal and external customers and partners is a key element of this position.</p> <p>Required Job Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree (or High School Diploma/GED plus equivalent combination of education and experience).</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 2 years of experience in program coordination, logistics, operations, or administrative support.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated ability to:</p> </li><li> <p>Manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate effectively across teams and communication modalities.</p> </li><li> <p>Use tools such as spreadsheets, tracking tools, learning systems, or content platforms (Fresh Service, etc.).</p> </li><li> <p>Follow established procedures and improve them when possible.</p> </li><li> <p>The successful candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States by the proposed start date; the Learning Innovation Team will not sponsor a visa for this position.</p> </li><li> <p>Must have a valid driver's license or the ability to obtain a driver's license or access to a licensed driver by the employment start date.</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Job Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience working in an educational, nonprofit, or learning-centered environment. </li><li>Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM), learning management systems (LMS), or similar. </li><li>Capacity to work independently, problem-solve, and ask thoughtful questions that improve outcomes. </li><li>Interest in expanding professional responsibilities and exploring career growth pathways. </li></ul>
