<p>ReturnPro is looking for a result-driven, team and detail-oriented, organized People and Culture Partner. The P&C Partner is responsible for forming partnerships with teammates and managers across the P&C function to deliver value-added service to management and teammates that reflect the business objectives of the organization.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:</p> <p>This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the teammate occupying this position.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Consults with the location manager, providing HR guidance when appropriate</p> </li><li> <p>Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership to develop solutions for assigned locations</p> </li><li> <p>Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations</p> </li><li> <p>Conducts new hire orientations</p> </li><li> <p>Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to location management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)</p> </li><li> <p>Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention</p> </li><li> <p>Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation</p> </li><li> <p>Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers</p> </li><li> <p>Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning</p> </li><li> <p>Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met</p> </li><li> <p>Performs other related duties as assigned</p> </li></ul>
