We invite you to become part of Connecticut's most comprehensive healthcare network.</p> <p>The Hartford HealthCare Center for Healthy Aging is a resource and assessment center designed to make it easier for seniors, their loved ones and caregivers to access essential information and services to attain the optimal quality of life.</p> <p>The Resource Coordinator/Veteran Liaison is responsible for supporting veterans throughout the Hartford HealthCare system across all of Connecticut. Responsibilities include assessing psychosocial needs of clients and connecting them to community-based resources including veterans benefits.
