<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>The Laboring Technician supports daily construction site operations by performing general labor tasks, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and assisting skilled trades as needed. This role plays a key part in ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Perform general site and building clean-up to maintain a safe and organized work area </li><li>Assist with small carpentry and construction-related tasks under supervision </li><li>Police trash, dumpsters, and construction waste to ensure proper disposal and recycling practices </li><li>Support Foremen and Superintendents with various site activities and material handling </li><li>Maintain compliance with all safety standards, including proper use of PPE and adherence to company safety policies </li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned to support project goals and timelines </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required </li><li>Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment as needed </li><li>Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail </li><li>Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment </li></ul> <p>Work Environment:</p> <p>This position requires work in outdoor and indoor construction environments, often involving exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, and physical activity.</p>
