We know that companies with a strong culture & a higher purpose perform better in the long run.</p> <ul> <li>Own It </li><li>Hustle and Refuse to Settle </li><li>Love People </li><li>Act for the Greater Good </li><li>Find a way </li></ul> <p>SCOPE</p> <ul> <li>Reports to the CIO </li><li>Collaborates with most other departments to support the business </li></ul> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Lead the development and implementation of software solutions to support manufacturing operations. </li><li>Design, develop, and maintain APis to integrate various systems and applications. </li><li>Utilize JavaScript and SQL to build and optimize web applications and databases. </li><li>Develop and customize ERP systems to meet the specific needs of our manufacturing processes. </li><li>Implement new systems and conduct UAT. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions. </li><li>Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. </li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge. </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to speak, read and write in English. </li><li>Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on manufacturing. </li></ul> <p>Strong proficiency in JavaScript and SQL</p> <ul> <li>Extensive experience with ERP customization and implementation </li><li>Extensive experience with API design and development. </li><li>Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team of developers. </li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail </li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills. </li></ul> <p>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot is a plus. </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION</p> <ul> <li>Must have a High School Diploma or a G.E.D. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field . </li></ul>
