<p>Join the Global LT community and help provide language lessons to business professionals and their families worldwide. We are hiring English Language Teachers to provide in-person customized lessons to children and adults in Franklin, TN.</p> <p>Job Information:</p> <ul> <li>Class numbers: 186089 & 187654 </li><li>Students: One child (4 years old) and one adult taking separate classes </li><li>Availability: The child is available on Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays at 9:30am. The adult (mother) is available on Thursdays at 11am. </li><li>Lesson frequency: Once a week (per student) </li><li>Lesson length: 60 minutes (per session/student) </li><li>Location: Lessons are to be held at the students' home in Franklin, TN 37067 (near Marcella Vivrette Smith Park at 1825 Wilson Pike, Brentwood, TN 37027) </li><li>Current target language level: Both students are beginners </li><li>Native language: Portuguese </li><li>Students' goals: The child needs to be literate in English. The adult needs to focus on daily life communication and conversation (conversational approach preferred). </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons </li><li>Developing curricula based on learners' proficiency level and desired outcomes </li><li>Monitoring students' progress and guiding learners toward learning goals </li><li>Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the target language </li><li>Certificate or degree in language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second language acquisition, or related field </li><li>Minimum of two years of teaching experience </li></ul> <p>All Global LT instructor positions are freelance positions.
