<p>Job Description</p> <p>Crittenton Children's Center, Kansas City area's premier provider of psychiatric care for children, adolescents and their families, is seeking a part time Intake Assistant.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Position is 10am-10pm Saturday and Sunday. Possibility of additional daytime hours during the week. Some minor holiday work required.</p> </li><li> <p>Must have at least one year of related experience</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelors degree in a related field (psychology, social work, counseling)</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in the planning and coordination of the intake functions for Crittenton's Children's Behavioral Health hospital.</p> </li><li> <p>The duties include triage of emergency and non emergency calls for mental health needs, completing registration in EPIC, verifying insurance, and greeting families upon arrival.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to interact with families during mental health crisis and familiar with community mental health resources.
