<p>Now Hiring - Local CDL A Drivers - Home Daily!</p> <p>Local CDL A Drivers - Home Daily are responsible for delivery of dedicated freight, on dry vans and flatbeds, from Menards Distribution Center to Menards stores within a 300-mile radius, and returning to the Distribution Center.</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Profit Sharing. </li><li>Safe Driving Bonus </li><li>Store Discount </li><li>Insurance - Medical (Full-Time) and Dental </li><li>401(k) </li><li>Paid Time Off (Full-Time) </li><li>Paid Holidays (Full-Time) </li><li>Additional premium pay for weekends </li><li>Paid Per Mile plus Stops - Average first Full Year $75,000 - $80,000 </li></ul> <p>Now hiring FULL TIME for:</p> <ul> <li>Local CDL A Drivers - Home Daily - 1st shift (3AM to 3PM or 4AM to 4PM) </li></ul> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Deliver drop and hook, no touch freight to stores and return to the Distribution Center with backhaul trailer </li><li>Maintain DOT compliance including pre- and post-trip equipment checks, compliance with logging requirements and informing Transportation team of any issues with equipment </li><li>Provide outstanding service to our Distribution Center and stores while maintaining a consistently high level of professionalism </li><li>Possess ability to maintain a consistent schedule and work positively with fellow OTR drivers </li></ul> <p>Position Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Class A CDL </li><li>Proof of valid driver's license </li><li>Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card) </li><li>Excellent driving record </li><li>Experience pulling both dry vans and flatbeds preferred </li><li>Desire to be part of a reliable, hardworking and dedicated Transportation Team </li></ul>
