Direct and answer general lending (Consumer and Real Estate) questions and member account inquiries in person, by telephone, and via fax.</p> <p>What you will do:</p> <p>Administrative Support- Review new account paperwork, process loan payments, complete various departmental reports, research and process credit disputes.</p> <p>Member Service-Provide excellent customer service by assisting members in person and over the phone with general inquiries regarding accounts, loans, and other general lending questions. Direct members to appropriate personnel in the Financial Services Department.</p> <p>Filing/Recordkeeping- Process and distribute incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail for pick up. Oversee the maintenance and ordering of office forms and supplies for the Financial Services Department.</p> <p>What we are looking for:</p> <p>A high school education or equivalent.</p> <p>One year to three years of similar or related experience preferred. Similar or previous experience can include customer service, administrative support or office administrator.
