<p>Role OverviewSodexo Energy and Resource is seeking a Facilities/Engineering Operations Manager 2 to join our team supporting one of our high-profile Energy Sector clients in Richmond, CA. The successful candidate will bring extensive experience managing complex building systems such as chillers, building automation systems (BAS), fire/life safety, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) infrastructure. What You'll DoLead and coordinate engineering operations, including planning, scheduling, and execution of projectsSupport the Director of Facilities in managing site infrastructure, maintenance, and capital improvement projectsManage landscaping contractors on engineering-related projects, ensuring scope, quality, and timelines are met.Work closely with vendors and subcontractors to align project goals, resolve issues, and maintain quality standardsManage and maintain the work order system, ensuring timely response, tracking, and resolution of service requestsUpdate and maintain various reports related to operations, maintenance, project status, and performance metricsWhat We OfferCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
