<p>Card Operations Specialist</p> <p>Rockland Federal Credit Union (RFCU) is searching for a friendly, accurate, process driven individual to join our Card Operations team. With 8 branch locations and over 11 back-office departments, the potential for career growth is unlimited.</p> <p>A day in the life of a Card Operations Specialist</p> <p>Working out of our Canton Headquarters, the Card Operations Specialist assists with transactions processed through our ATM, Debit, and VISA cards products, and ACH payments. In this position, you will research and process transaction disputes and balance transfers, write up fraud summaries, and review suspicious charge reports. You will also help with new account letters, debit card exceptions, and general account maintenance.</p> <p>The Card Operations Specialist position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and six months of Credit Union experience. You will be an effective communicator, as you will be assisting our members by telephone. Also important is your ability to perform work with detail and accuracy while staying organized. This is a fast-paced environment so working as part of the team and with minimal supervision are key.</p> <p>Work Schedule and Benefits</p> <p>As a Card Operations Specialist, you will work a 40-hour full-time schedule, Monday through Friday.
