The Clinical Nurse Manager serves as a primary clinical leader for the acute care services team, which includes ED, Med/Surg, and Care Management. This role involves overseeing staff performance, providing feedback, mentoring, and supporting staff professional growth. The Clinical Nurse Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the day-to-day operations of patient care services. In addition to managing and coordinating direct care staff, the Clinical Nurse Manager acts as a key resource, leader, and liaison across all GHC staff, departments, providers, and partner organizations, ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and effective patient care while optimizing resource utilization. The Clinical Nurse Manager will work 5, 12 hour shifts#per bi-weekly#pay period,#from 7 PM to 7 AM.
