<p>Apply</p> <p>Job Type</p> <p>Full-time</p> <p>Description</p> <p>Primary Purpose</p> <p>The Specialist is responsible for overseeing and completing all daily operations of the fulfillment, price management, and inventory management department, ensuring efficient processes, accurate pricing, and effective inventory control to support the store's operational success and customer satisfaction.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Pull, validate, prepare, and audit orders for curbside pick-up, in-store pick-up, and/or shipping. </li><li>Keep frequent and consistent communication to the store management team on inventory discrepancies as it pertains to operations. </li><li>Provide consistent and quality customer service ensuring a successful shopping experience for all customers. </li><li>Responsible for all in-store price changes, printing ad signs and/or special event signs, and auditing the sale signs </li><li>Responsible for managing the stores 'negative on hand' and collaborating with store management to resolve inventory count discrepancies </li><li>Responsible for department 'outs' lists </li><li>Use the POS system to complete phone orders, in-store orders, and returns. </li></ul> <p>Other Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Help in other departments when needed. </li><li>Perform daily cleaning - such as, but not limited to, vacuuming, replacing full trashes with newtrash bags, and sweeping the department floor. </li><li>Other duties assigned as needed. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Basic knowledge of operating touch screen devices and Microsoft Word and Excel. </li><li>Proven written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills. </li><li>Ability to adapt to rapidly changing work environments and to shift priorities accordingly. </li><li>Familiar with how to operate a computer system and email. </li><li>Familiar with standard retail concepts and practices. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Must have open availability.</p>
