Our programs offer customized rehabilitation tailored to the specific needs of those recovering from a stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation or orthopedic injury.</p> <p>How you'll contribute:</p> <p>The Business Development Representative is responsible, in conjunction with the BD Director, for implementing the hospital's business development plan/strategy. Identifies, establishes and maintains relationships with hospital referral sources. Plans and/or attends community events to increase community awareness and to present a positive for the hospital. Serves as a liaison between the hospital, referral sources and the community, consistently providing an high level of customer service.</p> <p>Additional responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Provides effective account management of assigned accounts </li><li>Actively seeks to identify new potential referral sources. </li><li>Assists in ensuring all admissions are well-coordinated with the hospital's intake and referral office, business office, MD and case management. </li><li>Attends and contributes to BD team meetings and appropriate sub-committee meetings. </li><li>Develops monthly/quarterly business development plans for assigned accounts as required. </li><li>Routinely participates in relevant community organized meetings and programs. </li><li>Participates in the development and execution of marketing special events as assigned by the Director of BD. </li><li>Assists the Director of BD in maintaining the marketing budget and recommends cost saving measures. </li><li>Keeps referral sources informed of program changes within the hospital. </li><li>Consistently markets the hospital to build community awareness and ensure a positive image of the hospital. </li><li>Displays fiscal responsibility. </li></ul> <p>What we offer:</p> <p>Fundamental to providing great care is supporting and rewarding our team.
