Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.</p> <p>Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum</p> <p>$106,059.00 - $121,908.00 - $144,206.00</p> <p>Baystate Health is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Director of Food & Nutrition Services (FANS) to lead a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our patients, staff, and visitors. This leadership role reports to the Senior Director of Hospitality and oversees FANS Managers, Supervisors, and a diverse operational team at Baystate Wing (Palmer), Baystate Noble (Westfield), and Baystate Franklin (Greenfield).</p> <p>As a key member of our Hospitality leadership, you will guide strategic planning, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance across a multi-location system-ensuring our services live out the Baystate Mission, Vision, and Values while prioritizing Safety, Quality, Experience, and Value.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES: The Director of FANS is responsible for all financial, operational, and personnel aspects of the department, including staff development, patient and staff experience, procurement, and safety.
