<p>We are seeking a Data and Analytics Manager to join Lynn Community Health Center!</p> <p>Role Description:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and execute the organization's data strategy by overseeing data and analytics initiatives, enabling data-driven business decisions. This role demands strong leadership, technical insight, and collaboration across teams. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field. </li><li>5+ years in data analytics with at least 2+ years in a leadership capacity. </li><li>Expertise in SQL, data modeling, BI tools, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). </li><li>Strong communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders. </li><li>Experience in data governance </li><li>Experience in project and people management. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with EHR systems </li><li>Experience working in Healthcare </li><li>Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics. </li><li>Familiarity with data governance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and Project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum). </li></ul> <p>Core Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Define and implement the data and analytics vision, roadmap, and strategy. </li><li>Manage a team of analysts, engineers, and BI specialists. </li><li>Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards. </li><li>Design and maintain data architecture, warehousing solutions, and reporting systems. </li></ul>
