<p>National Accounts Sales Support PT</p> <p>Position location is flexible and may office from a branch in Brookfield, WI - Winona, MN or Eagan, MN</p> <p>Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm</p> <p>15 - 28 hours/week</p> <p>OVERVIEW:</p> <p>Working as Part-time National Accounts Sales Support PT, you will assist in analyzing sales trends, margin improvements, and marketing.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:</p> <p>o Assisting the sales force with establishing new accounts</p> <p>o Supporting Fastenal branches with these accounts, including pricing, order processing and billing issues</p> <p>o Providing reports to customers and sales people on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis</p> <p>o Developing and enhancing current customer relationships through problem solving and issue resolution</p> <p>o Coordinating projects with the National Accounts Team, other departments and Fastenal's Branches</p> <p>REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:</p> <p>o Possess or are working towards a business related degree OR have administrative or customer service work experience</p> <p>o Excellent written and oral communication skills</p> <p>o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite</p> <p>o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities</p> <p>o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment</p> <p>o Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency</p> <p>o Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented</p> <p>o Work independently as well as in a team environment</p> <p>o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork</p> <p>o Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)</p> <p>PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>o Possess an interest in career advancement</p> <p>ABOUT US:</p> <p>Since 1967 Fastenal has grown as a distributor of industrial and construction supplies from a single branch to a Fortune 500 company with over 3,000 servicing locations, each providing tailored local inventory and personal service for our customers.
