<p>The Export Service Representative supports our worldwide distributor network across the Gibson portfolio of brands. The key mission of this role is to manage the orderbook of our distribution partners in Latin America (Latam), Europe (EMEA), and Asia (APAC), and be the key point of contact for everything relating to order fulfillment and service. This role helps to coordinate with the Gibson internal teams to ensure proper communication, hand off, delivery, and after sales support for our partners across the globe.</p> <p>Main duties</p> <ul> <li>Work with Gibson Business Development Managers (BDM) to build long-lasting, strong relationships with our worldwide distribution partners </li><li>Receive, review, and enter orders quickly and accurately into Dynamics 365 ERP system </li><li>Analyze the orderbook for quality and make changes where necessary to ensure proper timely fulfilment of each order </li><li>Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for cost savings </li><li>Work with the Credit department to proactively address potential credit holds </li><li>Review order line fulfilment to align with shipment thresholds </li><li>Create and distribute proforma invoices when necessary </li><li>Coordinate with internal Logistics team members and customer freight forwarder contacts to ensure shipment plans are executed on-time and accurately </li><li>Learn, facilitate, coordinate, and maintain export/import documents in support of various Latam dealer exports from the USA and Asia </li><li>Daily communication with BDMs to align status and trends in the orderbook </li><li>Manage daily cases and tasks in Salesforce CRM </li></ul> <p>Required Skills/Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and oral </li><li>Exceptional customer service skills a must </li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal </li><li>Excellent organizational skills </li><li>Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities </li><li>Be a team player with strong interpersonal skills </li><li>Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, growing business environment </li></ul> <p>Required Education and Experience</p> <ul> <li>3-5 years' relevant work experience in customer service, sales, logistics, and/or supply chain </li><li>Salesforce and Dynamics 365 experience preferred </li><li>Experience working with international distributors </li><li>International logistics coordination experience preferred </li><li>Experience with operating in a global matrixed organization </li><li>Exposure to working in a dynamic global premium branded consumer goods company </li></ul> <p>Personal Qualities</p> <ul> <li>Able to proactively troubleshoot issues to prioritize and identify solutions in a timely manner </li><li>Works with a sense of urgency and a desire for excellence in performance and customer satisfaction </li><li>Curious in nature and always looking to question, learn, and find better ways to do things </li><li>Customer centric mindset to engage proactively with dealers and distributors </li><li>Maintains a positive outlook </li><li>Personable, fun, team oriented </li><li>Passion for music </li></ul> <p>Travel Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Periodic travel to commercial meetings, dealer meetings, and Gibson Brands tradeshows events may be required (approximately 5-10%) </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands</p> <ul> <li>Mobility to work in typical office and field (warehouse/production) settings and use standard office equipment </li></ul>
