This role plays a critical part in maintaining an impeccably clean and organized "heart of house" and kitchen environment, while supporting the broader Food & Beverage operation.</p> <p>Key responsibilities include managing inventory and budgeting, ensuring the proper use and preventative maintenance of all machinery and equipment, and upholding all health and safety requirements. The Assistant Stewarding Manager also trains and supervises the Stewarding team, fostering a safe and collaborative workspace. Working closely with the Food & Beverage department-including the kitchen and banquet teams-as well as other heart-of-house teams, the Stewarding team plays a vital role in supporting smooth and efficient operations. The team embodies all Four Seasons cultural values while maintaining established standards, with professionalism expected at all times.
