This is a full-time position in a food manufacturing environment with opportunities for advancement!</p> <p>What You Will Do:</p> <ul> <li>Set up, pre-run, and perform quality checks on equipment to ensure proper production startup. </li><li>Operate and control line speeds, batch formulas, and production rates; start and stop equipment as needed. </li><li>Perform light maintenance and preventative maintenance on equipment; assist maintenance team with repairs and service tasks. </li><li>Complete all required documentation, including downtime logs and HACCP forms, using SAP and in accordance with SOPs and safety training. </li><li>Disassemble, clean, and reassemble production lines and equipment as needed for sanitation and maintenance. </li></ul> <p>What You Will Bring:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED required. </li><li>3+ years of related experience. </li><li>Ability to operate multiple machines safely with minimal supervision and obtain necessary production specifications. </li><li>Adaptability to flexible work hours based on production demands, including potential overtime and weekend shifts. </li></ul> <p>The employing subsidiaries of Schwan's Company are Equal Employment Opportunity Employers.
