<p>PRIMARY PURPOSE:</p> <p>Transform complex data into actionable insights, empowering our organization to make informed, strategic decisions. This role will interface with members of the commercial team to lead assumption modeling and market analysis to enhance the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</p> <ul> <li>Develop and refine predictive forecasting models to anticipate allograft tissue demand, supply needs, and market trends. </li><li>Lead cross-functional meetings to consolidate commercial feedback and provide key inputs into the IBP process, including the monthly Demand Review. </li><li>Analyze large datasets using advanced analytics tools to identify trends and present actionable insights. </li><li>Design and maintain reports and dashboards to track market trends, risks, and key business metrics. </li><li>Collaborate across teams (operations, finance, sales, marketing) to align consensus demand plans with organizational goals. </li><li>Monitor and evaluate commercial KPIs, ensuring corrective actions when performance deviates from expectations. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS</p> <p>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. </li><li>Experience in forecasting, business intelligence, and market analysis, ideally in a commercial or supply chain setting. </li><li>Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) for visualization and reporting. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies. </li></ul> <p>WORK ENVIRONMENT and PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation. </li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. </li><li>Excellent communication and storytelling skills, effectively presenting data insights to non-technical stakeholders. </li></ul> <p>DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to consolidate, analyze, and visualize key business metrics to guide our mission-driven goals. </li></ul>
