<p>Work Flexibility: Onsite</p> <p>Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday to Friday 7am - 3:30pm</p> <p>Overtime based on business</p> <p>Rotational on-call responsibilities</p> <p>What you will do -</p> <ul> <li> <p>Inspect products and keep record of damaged, defective, shortages of, movement of and expired products using computer systems</p> </li><li> <p>Check inventory records to determine availability of requested products</p> </li><li> <p>Compile and inspect incoming/outgoing kits for compliance with specifications and usage</p> </li><li> <p>Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations</p> </li><li> <p>Confer with distribution, sales, shipping, warehouse, or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace deliveries</p> </li><li> <p>Investigate customer complaints and track service levels/problem solve any discrepancies.</p> </li><li> <p>Work with internal resources for alternative product obtainment (e.g., loaner bank, other warehouses, consignments)</p> </li><li> <p>Deliver equipment to customer sites and arrange merchandise for transport (on delivery and return)</p> </li><li> <p>Organize, retrieve, or place goods from/into stock received multiple sources</p> </li><li> <p>Complete other duties as assigned</p> </li></ul> <p>What you need -</p> <p>Required -</p> <ul> <li> <p>2+ years of experience</p> </li><li> <p>High School diploma or equivalent</p> </li><li> <p>Valid Driver's license with good driving record</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs - required</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend and evening call as needed - required</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in on-call rotation schedule - required</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred -</p> <ul> <li> <p>Warehouse/Inventory Control experience in a demanding and fast-paced environment</p> </li><li> <p>Associates degree</p> </li></ul> <p>Travel Percentage: 10%</p> <p>Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
