<p>Responsibilities for this Position</p> <p>Digital Enterprise COLUMBIA & VIRGINIA Change Management Representative</p> <p>US-CT-Groton</p> <p>Job ID: 2025-14981</p> <p>Type: Full-Time</p> <p># of Openings: 1</p> <p>Category: Program Management</p> <p>EB Groton Shipyard</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>The Digital Enterprise (DE) Change Management (CM) representative will provide support to the Columbia and Virginia programs by delivery and maintenance of tools and processes. This will include process and software requirements/definitions to support the end to end change process which integrates business needs and change products within all value streams.</p> <p>The Change Management representative would support:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with developing consistent TA/BA process, procedures and tool capabilities across D&E disciplines, Materials, Planning, QA and ECM. </li><li>Assist with communication and training of Digital Enterprise software & process changes. </li><li>Help defining and communicating best practices across D&E disciplines. </li><li>Assist with developing Change Process and Tool requirements. </li><li>Tracking and statusing Process and Tool progress. </li><li>Assisting with Metric reporting and targeting metric improvement areas based on implemented process/tool changes. </li><li>Testing of new software capabilities and status all CRs and Tasks to closure. </li><li>Supporting & coordinating business case development for new TA tasking improvements. </li><li>Support mapping and updating procedures to support process improvements and/or software changes for the Columbia and VA VPM Change process. </li><li>Evaluate existing CLB process and modify or create new capability to support VA VPM change within the TeamCenter tools. </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>To be successful in this position the applicant should have:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work as a team and complete actions on-time </li><li>Ability to develop effective relationships </li><li>Strong written and oral communication skills </li><li>Basic understanding of Digital Enterprise processes & tools with knowledge of CLB and VA/VPM change processes and tools </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma </li><li>Minimum 1 year Teamcenter and/or NX experience </li><li>Minimum 1 year experience in any area of EB with CLB and/or VPM/VA change process </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>2 years + working change process for Columbia/VPM products. </li><li>Familiarity with all legacy & new change management procedures and tools. </li></ul>
