The ICU Registered Nurse RN develops nursing care plans in coordination with patients, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary. The ICU Registered Nurse RN communicates changes in patient's clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate.
