The Process Engineer will coordinate the flow of work and materials between departments as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <ul> <li>The Process Engineer is responsible for defining, documenting and controlling the production process necessary to manufacture forgings to customer requirements. This involves the review and implementation of all applicable customer specifications, drawings and purchase order requirements, as well as familiarity with all related McWilliams production operations and the application of data established during development trials. </li><li>In addition, the Process Engineer is responsible for the implementing process improvements in all areas of the manufacturing process, i.e. cutting area, forge shop, machine shop, heat treat department and the non-destructive test area.
