<p>About the role</p> <p>This role involves supporting commercial manufacturing, optimizing processes, and facilitating technology transfer.</p> <p>The position is part of a digitalization initiative to transform laboratory activities from paper-based to digital, enhancing efficiency and global data analysis capabilities.</p> <p>You will work within the Manufacturing Science, Analytical and Technology department, contributing to the development and implementation of lab-scale models and analytical methods</p> <p>Key responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Support commercial manufacturing by optimizing processes and methods for lifecycle management </li><li>Facilitate technology transfer of new products and processes within the MSAT department </li><li>Develop electronic notebook methods and connect laboratory equipment for digital transformation </li><li>Implement lab-scale models and analytical methods to enhance scientific roles </li><li>Collaborate with various MSAT sub-teams to discuss and find compromises for process improvements </li></ul> <p>About you</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in laboratory informatics, including laboratory and data management systems </li><li>Master's degree or PhD in Life Sciences with at least three years of experience in biotech process development </li><li>Fluency in English for effective communication in an international context </li><li>Experience in growing mammalian cells in bioreactors and conducting protein purification </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail </li></ul>
