Involves positioning patients and adjusting for proper exposure. Records pertinent information pertaining to the production of the images. Maintains assigned work area in a neat and orderly condition. Use of computer. This position requires the ability to take on-call for patients requiring emergency procedures. This position may require flexibility of hours.</p> <p>EDUCATION:</p> <p>Graduate of an accredited Radiology or MRI program</p> <p>EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:</p> <p>Minimum 3 years experience as a MRI Technologist in a acute care setting.</p> <p>LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:</p> <p>Required:</p> <p>Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) issued by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMIT)</p> <p>Current Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) issued by California Department of Public Health (CDPH) and/or Current Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) Fluoroscopy Permit issued by California Department of Public Health (CDPH) if performing CT exams</p> <p>Current Venipuncture Certification issued by California Society of Radiologic Technologists (CSRT)</p> <p>Current Basic Life Support Provider (BLS) issued by American Heart Association</p> <p>Preferred:</p> <p>Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Certification issued by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)</p> <p>SKILLS:</p> <p>Knowledge of computers, anatomy and physiology, imaging equipment, safety hazards common to imaging equipment used, body mechanics, isolation procedure and body fluid precautions.</p> <p>Worker Type:</p> <p>Per Diem</p> <p>Part time</p> <p>Shift:</p> <p>Nights</p> <p>Location:</p> <p>100 W California Blvd Pasadena, CA 91105</p> <p>Pay Range: The estimated base rate for this position is $52.84 - $75.46.</p> <p>Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.</p>
