<p>Job Title</p> <p>Customer Service Manager (Philadelphia, PA)</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>The Customer Service Manager Defines and implements service operations strategies, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and driving excellence in service delivery across all business units.</p> <p>Your role:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provides inputs towards the development of advanced, scalable operational frameworks for new service offerings, ensuring these frameworks are integrated seamlessly with existing systems and can support future growth.</p> </li><li> <p>Drives transformational changes in service operations by enforcing our service delivery plan that address complex operational challenges and deliver significant improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.</p> </li><li> <p>Establishes and enforces rigorous standards for quality, compliance, and regulatory adherence across all service operations, ensuring that all processes meet the highest legal and operational requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Supports strategic account planning by contributing service insights and identifying new opportunities to enhance customer experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage daily reports, run daily service team meetings, and attend hospital environment of care meetings.</p> </li></ul> <p>You're the right fit if:</p> <ul> <li> <p>You've acquired 2+ years of experience in medical device service operations or biomedical engineering</p> </li><li> <p>Your skills include experience working with or supporting Diagnostic Imaging or large healthcare systems.</p> </li><li> <p>You have a Bachelor's OR Minimum 1+ years of experience with Master's in areas such as Service Delivery, Service Operations or equivalent.</p> </li><li> <p>You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.</p> </li><li> <p>You've demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and departments.</p> </li></ul> <p>How we work together</p> <p>We believe that we are better together than apart.
