Precision Results</p> <p>JOB DESCRIPTION:</p> <p>About the Role: Ironwood Plastics is seeking a hands-on 1st Shift Production Team Leader to oversee daily production operations, support team development, and drive performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
