We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY:</p> <p>The Climbing & Adventure Team Member is responsible for all aspects of the guest's climbing experience. Each team member will be assisting all guests and climbers during their time in the Climbing & Adventure facility.</p> <p>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:</p> <ul> <li>Greet guests promptly and provide excellent customer service </li><li>Always be encouraging and positive to all guests and refrain from using negative language </li><li>Know and enforce the facility's policies and procedures </li><li>Complete check-in procedures and process payments </li><li>Assign barcode key tags to those who purchase a monthly membership </li><li>Keep track of memberships and family units within Dash Platform </li><li>Be knowledgeable about pricing, events offered, equipment, and all climbing structures </li><li>Complete daily assignments before, during, and after each shift as directed by management </li></ul> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work with a wide variety of ages from pre-school thru adult </li><li>Flexible work schedule (e.g. nights, weekends, holidays and long hours) and regular attendance is necessary </li><li>Must be able to work with computers, barcode scanners, webcams, and online waivers </li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written </li><li>Ability to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environment </li><li>Must have excellent guest service skills </li><li>Must be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skills </li><li>Ability to multi-task and prioritize </li><li>Ability to remain calm and focused in difficult and stressful situations </li><li>Must be respectful and friendly to our athletes, guests, visitors, spectators, leaders and fellow team members </li><li>Must work well with others </li><li>Must take personal initiative for the betterment of the team and facility </li><li>Committed to the safety and wellbeing of others </li><li>Must be at least 18 years old </li></ul> <p>WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to stand for long periods of time </li><li>Must show proficiency with all climbing equipment, procedures, and elements </li><li>Must be able to manually belay in case of emergency </li><li>Must be able to lift 40 pounds waist high </li><li>Must wear proper uniform </li><li>Facility has intermittent noise </li></ul> <p>PREFERRED:</p> <ul> <li>Climbing experience </li></ul>
