This role is essential to ensuring smooth kitchen operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience.</p> <p>SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li> <p>Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to health and safety standards</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area, including sinks, floors, and trash receptacles</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with basic kitchen prep tasks as needed (e.g., peeling vegetable, portioning ingredients)</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and dishwashing chemicals</p> </li><li> <p>Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling of chemicals</p> </li><li> <p>Support cooks and production team by ensuring timely availability of clean items</p> </li><li> <p>Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management</p> </li><li> <p>Uphold the store's standards of excellence in cleanliness and professionalism</p> </li><li> <p>Will complete all duties and requests as assigned by management</p> </li></ul> <p>This is a casual part-time position working both weekdays and weekends.
