<p>Job Details</p> <p>Job Location: Ocnwc - Oconomowoc, WI</p> <p>Position Type: Full Time</p> <p>Salary Range: Undisclosed</p> <p>Job Shift: 1st shift (M-F 7a-3:30p)</p> <p>Description</p> <p>JOB SUMMARY:</p> <p>Operates CO2, Yag, or Flat Cut laser equipment to machine parts.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Works from sketches, setup sheets, and related documents. </li><li>Starts and observes laser operations to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining. </li><li>Recognizes and reports process variations, operational sequences, and dimensional and finish deviations. </li><li>Verifies conformance of finished work piece to specifications through use of various inspection measuring equipment, including micrometers, pin gages, and verniers. </li><li>Deburrs parts as necessary. </li><li>Works under direct supervision. </li><li>Demonstrates thorough knowledge of and conformity with Ace Precision Quality System work instruction requirements that govern laser operations. </li><li>Maintains or exceeds production standards through efficient organization and planning. </li><li>Follows and complies with safety policies and procedures. </li><li>Accurately completes all required documentation. </li><li>Meets attendance policy requirements. </li><li>Contributes to team effort by assisting in areas as needed. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to communicate effectively with employees and other Company stakeholders.</p> <p>MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:</p> <p>Requires ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide decimals and fractions.</p> <p>REASONING ABILITY:</p> <p>Requires the use of some judgment to comply with instructions, follow prescribed methods and make minor decisions as to setups, operations, and processes.</p> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
