<p>Job Title: Registered Nurse</p> <p>Pay Rate: Salary- $80,000-$90,000/Yr</p> <p>Shift- Days: Monday-Friday/ Rotating on-call during weekdays and weekends</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Join our Radiology - Special Procedures department as a Registered Nurse (RN) and play a vital role in supporting high-volume interventional and invasive procedures across multiple imaging modalities. This position is essential for ensuring patient safety and high-quality care throughout various procedures.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide pre-, intra-, and post-procedure patient care. </li><li>Administer moderate/conscious sedation and IV medications. </li><li>Continuously monitor vital signs and cardiac rhythm. </li><li>Assist with image-guided procedures including CT, US, MRI, and Fluoroscopy. </li><li>Utilize sterile technique and infection prevention strategies. </li><li>Oversee post-procedure recovery and recognize complications. </li><li>Educate patients and ensure clear documentation. </li><li>Collaborate strongly with physicians and procedural teams. </li><li>Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume procedural environment. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. </li><li>ACLS certification. </li><li>Experience in patient assessment, pain management, and IV therapy. </li><li>Proficiency in nursing skills, triage, and electronic health records. </li><li>Strong case management and patient care capabilities. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Prior experience in Interventional Radiology, Special Procedures, Critical Care, ER, PACU, or procedural nursing preferred. </li><li>Ability to participate in rotating on-call coverage, including weekends. </li><li>BLS certification. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>This position is onsite, with responsibilities in a trusted hospital environment offering great benefits. The role requires participation in a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends.
