This is a hands-on role installing a wide range of signs and graphics-on buildings, vehicles, windows, and more-both indoors and outdoors. You'll be working with power tools, ladders, and bucket trucks, so confidence at heights and mechanical ability is a must.</p> <p>Position Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum 2 years of experience in sign installation</p> </li><li> <p>Proven experience operating a bucket truck (40-60 ft range preferred)</p> </li><li> <p>Strong mechanical, construction, or general maintenance background</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights safely</p> </li><li> <p>Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable working on-site at customer locations across the Charlotte region</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred but not required:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience with vehicle wraps and vinyl graphics</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with sign types such as channel letters, wall graphics, window decals, and monument signs</p> </li></ul> <p>This is a full-time, field-based position.
