<p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary </li><li>Flexible schedule </li><li>Opportunity for advancement </li></ul> <p>Position Summary: The supervisor is accountable for the training, cleaning, inspecting, and follow-up of all accounts in the designated territory.</p> <p>Summary of Essential Position Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Dust all furniture, including desks, chairs, tables, and high areas, including vents </li><li>Detail dust all hallways and common areas per the daily detail dusting schedule. </li><li>Clean occupied and unoccupied rooms per the daily detail schedule </li><li>Perform terminal cleaning as requested </li><li>Perform deep cleaning of rooms based on CDC guidelines related to any infectious disease. </li><li>Clean all common areas as described per the daily detail schedule </li><li>Sanitize daily all touch areas </li><li>Collect trash and infectious waste </li><li>Replenish stock </li><li>Accept deliveries and maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies </li><li>Clean all glass and mirrors at all entryways and the main entrance. </li><li>Clean and sanitize restrooms; bending and kneeling required. </li><li>Vacuum all areas with rugs and fabric furniture using a 20lbs backpack vacuum </li><li>Complete activities setups/breakdowns </li><li>Maintain an odor-free environment at all times </li><li>Weekly detailed office cleaning. </li><li>Clean bathroom tiles (Walls and Floors) </li><li>Clean stairwells and hallways. </li><li>Mop and buff all floors per the daily schedule </li><li>Arrive to the work location at the scheduled time </li><li>Work within allotted budgeted hours </li><li>Work overtime if mandated by ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning by Alliance Manager </li><li>Clean and change towels, curtains, and cubicle curtains </li><li>Complete any special request made by the client or manager and log communication in the company log. </li><li>Perform all facility cleaning duties using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures. </li><li>Use proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times. </li><li>Open and lock facilities and enable and disable the security system as required. </li><li>Must have a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation </li><li>Comply with all company policies and procedures. </li><li>Ability to work alone unsupervised. </li><li>Comply with all mandatory training </li></ul> <p>Education/Credentials:</p> <ul> <li>2-3 years Janitorial Experience </li></ul> <p>Schedule: Monday-Friday</p> <p>Shift: Evening shift</p> <p>Salary: $15.50</p> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Janitorial: 2 years (Preferred) </li></ul>
