<p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The successful candidate will provide safe and effective pharmaceutical care in an integrated model, which includes operational and direct patient-centered services in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other hospital personnel. Activities performed in compliance with the hospitals' mission statement and the policies, procedures, and goals of the department, the hospital and regulatory agencies.
