<p>Database Developer/Administrator</p> <p>Work location: On premises located in our Charlotte, NC office.</p> <p>Salary and benefits: $150k-$170k</p> <p>Salary is commensurate with experience. Specializing in archiving, preserving, and providing secure access to data from legacy systems, applications, and databases, and enables healthcare organizations to shut down costly, outdated platforms without losing access to data they are legally, operationally, or clinically required to retain.</p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>We're seeking a hands-on Database Developer/Administrator to manage and transform client data while supporting our modernization efforts, including migrating databases, data pipelines, and applications to Azure. You'll work primarily with PostgreSQL, ETL processes, and SQL in a collaborative, fast-growing environment.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Prepare and manage client-provided data for development and deployment </li><li>Write and optimize complex SQL queries, views, and functions </li><li>Design and maintain ETL pipelines into PostgreSQL databases </li><li>Perform data discovery, mapping, and integration from multiple data sources </li><li>Administer and tune PostgreSQL databases, including cloud-hosted environments </li><li>Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives </li><li>Work across Windows and Linux environments </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Strong PostgreSQL and advanced SQL experience </li><li>Hands-on ETL design and data integration experience </li><li>Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills </li><li>Able to work independently and collaboratively </li><li>Excellent communication skills </li></ul> <p>Nice to Have</p> <ul> <li>Azure cloud experience (preferred) </li><li>SQL Server or Oracle experience </li><li>Java application development exposure </li><li>Experience with Docker or Infrastructure as Code </li></ul> <p>Category Code: JN008</p> <p>#LI-DM1</p> <p>#CRGSearchJobs</p>
