<p>Job Description:</p> <p>GLASTONBURY PUBLIC SCHOOLS</p> <p>Glastonbury, Connecticut</p> <p>NOTICE OF VACANCY</p> <p>POSITION:</p> <p>Reading Tutor, Part-Time</p> <p>Nayaug Elementary School</p> <p>WAGES:</p> <p>$26.50 per hour</p> <p>SCHEDULE:</p> <p>18 hours per week</p> <p>Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday; 10:00 am-2:30 pm</p> <p>DUTIES:</p> <p>Assist teaching staff by providing instructional support to students in small groups or individually. Under the supervision of the teacher, perform classroom duties associated with the education and behavioral management of students.</p> <p>Able to fill in as a substitute teacher when needed.</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree required.</p> <p>The ability to engage students, work well in small groups and follows teacher instructions. Good communication skills.
