This person develops and maintains a positive, fun, and safe atmosphere.</p> <p>Specific Responsibilities</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Execute the programs developed by the Child Care Lead </li><li>Ensure safety and hygienic environment in the child care facility </li><li>Be responsive to parents to fulfill their child care service needs </li><li>Interact with children </li><li>Report any unsafe conditions to manager </li><li>Administer emergency care to members and guests in need of assistance </li><li>Work as a TEAM with all other departments </li><li>Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor </li></ul> <p>Other Functions</p> <ul> <li>Maintain a professional appearance and good personal hygiene </li><li>Learn proper emergency procedures and follow as necessary </li><li>Attend staff meetings </li><li>Be knowledgeable about all programs and activities offered throughout the center </li><li>Promote club services and activities </li><li>Perform routine maintenance of Childcare equipment </li><li>Assist with keeping the center well stocked and clean </li><li>Attend Active Wellness site meetings and trainings </li><li>Handle injury and illness and security incident reporting </li></ul>
