<p>Draken International Now Hiring: Electronic Warfare (EW) Ground Training Instructors</p> <p>Location: Various Locations in Europe, the UK, and Saudi Arabia.</p> <p>Duration: Anticipated recruitment over the next 12-24 months</p> <p>Company: Draken International</p> <p>Draken International is expanding its presence in Europe and the Middle East, and we expect to recruit multiple Electronic Warfare (EW) Ground Training Instructors over the next 12-24 months. These instructors will be deployed or detached to customer locations, with support and integration training provided by Draken. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing team, delivering cutting-edge EW training to military customers worldwide.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities: EW Ground Training Instructor</p> <ul> <li>Lead the delivery and development of all EW ground training syllabi. </li><li>Support the development of airborne training syllabi and EW playbook profiles by providing SME input to the EW Training Manager, alongside other EWOs and Pilots-ensuring strong links between ground academic training and airborne execution. </li><li>Provide up-to-date syllabi and playbook information to the EW Training Manager and Coordination Cell for end-user units. </li><li>Arrange and deliver ground training support materials and completion certificates. </li><li>Work with IT support to ensure availability and functionality of ground training aids. </li><li>Maintain and actively promote a safety-first approach, operating in accordance with Draken International's Safety standards. </li><li>Uphold Draken International's Vision, Mission, Customer Promise, and Core Values. </li><li>Undertake any other duties reasonably requested by management within your area of expertise. </li><li>Personal Skills & Abilities: </li><li>Strong commitment to excellence in ground training delivery. </li><li>Ability to prioritize and execute complex planning effectively. </li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills. </li><li>Strong communication skills, adaptable to different cultures and contractual obligations. </li><li>Customer-focused mindset to ensure exceptional service delivery. </li><li>High level of personal and professional integrity. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge & Experience:</p> <p>Ex-military EW aircrew: preferably with experience in delivering EW ground training to aircrew.</p> <p>Desirable: EW instructor background.</p> <p>Preferred: Advanced DOD EW Course Graduate.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Knowledge & Experience:</p> <p>Ex-military EW aircrew: preferably with experience in delivering EW ground training to aircrew.</p> <p>Desirable: EW instructor background.</p> <p>Preferred: Advanced DOD EW Course Graduate.</p>
