Your future starts here - join us today!</p> <p>The Part-time Head Coach positions are responsible to the Athletics Manager for services of coaching an athletic team.</p> <p>The Athletics Manager assigns and directs the coaches to carry out the following responsibilities:</p> <p>Maintain a working knowledge of the NJCAA eligibility rules and regulations as related to the sport being coached.</p> <p>Attend coaches meetings as scheduled by the Athletics Manager.</p> <p>Coordinate all aspects in coaching his/her individual sport as follows:</p> <p>a.) Recruitment: Recruit students/athletes who are of college caliber.</p> <p>b.) Team travel: Responsible for team conduct on all trips, follow departmental policies on trips, return college vehicles in clean order.</p> <p>c.) Equipment: Work with Athletics Manager to order team equipment, distribute and collect all team issued equipment.</p> <p>d.) Administration: Prepare team rosters, keep receipts of all money transactions and provide appropriate forms, report all scores to designated media, attend all meetings, such as, Waubonsee Staff, Skyway, Region IV, provide necessary information for team and individual honors to Region IV.</p> <p>e.)
