<p>BL Harbert International is looking for a General/Finish Carpenter perform trim and general carpentry work, including cabinet making, framing, decking, window and stair customizations, crown molding, baseboard installations and occasional form carpentry. The ideal candidate has an aptitude for precision and can accommodate unique build requirements.</p> <p>Job Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Perform finish and trim carpentry work according to plans and specifications </li><li>Measure, cut, and install various fixtures and millwork for doors, windows, ceiling panels, staircases, decking, furniture, etc. </li><li>Erect scaffolding or ladders as needed </li><li>Collaborate with other carpenters, journeymen, and supervisors to complete projects </li><li>Troubleshoot and repair issues with building components and equipment </li><li>Follow established regulations and advocate for safety on each worksite </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements and Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED certificate </li><li>Must have a minimum of 3 years Finish Carpenter experience in the Construction Industry </li><li>Blueprint reading skills </li><li>The ability to understand information, ideas, direction and then be able to perform the task or project discussed. Also, to be able to ask questions to insure you understand the information given. </li><li>Must have your own tools including: tap measure, carpenter square, pliers, tool bag </li><li>Able to use carpentry hand tools and power tools. </li><li>Physical stamina for lifting equipment and working at various heights and in tight spaces. </li></ul> <p>BL.
