<p>Experienced Envelope Machine Adjuster -- Hiring Now Cenveo | City of Industry, CA Cenveo is hiring experienced Envelope Machine Adjusters to set up, tune, and maintain high speed envelope manufacturing equipment. This role requires strong mechanical skill, troubleshooting ability, and a commitment to safety and quality. Pay & Schedule <em> $25/hr or higher depending on experience + shift premium (2nd & 3rd shifts) </em> 2nd shift premium $0.70/hr / 2pm -- 10-pm <em>3rd shift premium $1.50/hr / 10pm -- 6am </em>Monday-Fridays with Saturdays as needed What You'll Do <em>Set up, align, and adjust envelope machines </em>Perform changeovers, size adjustments, and mechanical repairs <em>Maintain machine speed, accuracy, and uptime </em>Inspect product quality and minimize waste <em>Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement </em>Install paper, glue systems, tooling, other requirements safely What You Need <em>5+ years envelope machine adjusting experience </em>Advanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills <em>Knowledge of cutting, folding, gluing systems and envelope tolerances </em>Detail oriented, safety focused, and reliable Physical Requirements <em>Standing, bending, climbing, lifting up to 55 lbs </em>Exposure to noise, machinery, inks, solvents, glue * Ability to work in hot/cold conditions and stay alert around equipment CENVEO IS AN EEO EMPLOYERMachine Adjuster Requirements/Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent. </li><li>A minimum of 5 years direct envelope experience. </li><li>Advanced mechanical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Basic math skills and the ability to accurately read a ruler; basic computer skills. </li><li>Flexibility required with machine assignment. </li></ul> <p>Machine Adjuster Physical Requirements & Work Environment:-</p> <ul> <li>Regular standing, walking, carrying, climbing, reaching, bending, stooping. </li><li>Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 55 pounds with assistance. </li><li>Exposure to production equipment, noise, hazardous materials (inks, solvents, glue, etc.). </li><li>Must be able to work in hot or cold weather; Mental alertness to stop equipment. </li><li>Ability to handle high-speed delivery output in a standing position for a full shift. </li></ul>
