This position provides flexible classroom coverage while helping maintain consistent routines and high-quality learning environments across age groups.</p> <p>This role is ideal for educators who enjoy variety in their day and working with multiple classroom teams.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide classroom support across infant, toddler, and preschool programs </li><li>Step into classrooms as needed to maintain ratios and continuity of care </li><li>Assist with daily routines including activities, meals, diapering, and transitions </li><li>Support implementation of developmentally appropriate learning experiences </li><li>Maintain safe, clean, and organized classroom environments </li><li>Communicate professionally with families and teaching team members </li><li>Ensure compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Massachusetts EEC Teacher certification required (Infant/Toddler and/or Preschool) </li><li>Prior classroom experience across multiple age groups preferred </li><li>Strong flexibility and classroom management skills </li><li>Reliable, collaborative, and team-oriented approach </li></ul> <p>What We Offer</p> <ul> <li>Competitive hourly pay of $21-$22 </li><li>Sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates </li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance options </li><li>401K plan </li><li>Paid time off </li><li>Employee childcare discount </li><li>Professional development and advancement opportunities </li></ul> <p>Compensation: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour</p> <p>This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
