In this role, you'll be the trusted advisor and advocate for our partners-ensuring they achieve their goals while driving mutual growth and value.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <p>As the Partner Success Manager, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Build and nurture relationships with key partners to ensure satisfaction, retention, and expansion </li><li>Develop successful plans and performance metrics aligned with partner goals </li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to deliver seamless partner experiences </li><li>Identify opportunities for growth, upselling, and co-marketing initiatives </li><li>Serve as the voice of the partner internally, advocating for their needs and feedback </li><li>Monitor partner health and proactively address risks or challenges </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>3-4 years in partner success, customer relations, project management, or sales </li><li>Ability to present complex material with confidence to a varied audience </li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment </li><li>Experience with CRM tools (e.g., SAAS) and technology platforms </li><li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assess customer requirements, anticipate future needs, and engage others relative to strategic growth initiatives. </li><li>Attend client events to enhance and expand relationships. </li><li>Conduct partner satisfaction/feedback forums to ensure partner satisfaction and improve customer experiences. </li><li>Develop and communicate data-driven recommendations for partners and internal teams. </li><li>Develop and implement an effective account planning strategy for assigned partner relationships to ensure product adoption, retention, and growth. </li><li>Develop communication cadence for assigned relationships, ensuring Nexben products and services support partner objectives. </li><li>Develop, manage, and report on partner growth and retention performance. </li><li>Directly manage highly complex partners, working to identify clear and measurable business objectives. </li><li>Internally communicate partnership plans and align relevant teams behind the initiatives. </li><li>Lead review meetings to continuously articulate the value of Nexben and partners' performance against goals and encourage adoption and expansion across the partner's organization. </li><li>Liaise with key departments to ensure core program objectives are being accomplished. </li><li>Manage pre- and post-client meeting tasks: preparation of meeting material, post-review meeting minutes, contract amendments, etc. </li><li>Proactively engage partners to ensure successful renewals, including opportunities for product expansion. </li><li>Proactively engage with partners through phone, email, video call, etc. </li><li>Review Nexben practices with partners to ensure maximum satisfaction with products and services. </li><li>Serves as an expert on Nexben product best practices, new regulatory requirements, industry trends, and competitor services/offerings throughout the client service function. </li><li>Support other functions as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, IT, or a related field from an accredited institution is preferred. </li><li>Two to four years of prior experience in customer relations, project management, sales, or training and education is preferred. </li><li>Ability to present complex material with confidence to a varied audience. </li><li>Knowledge of SAAS/technology support models is a plus. </li><li>Proficiency in computer use and working with Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools. </li></ul> <p>Are you ready to empower our partners and grow with us?
