<p>Job Description</p> <p>Description</p> <p>SAIC has an immediate need for a USARCENT Program Analyst to support G3/5/7 Operations Directorate located onsite at Shaw AFB, SC.</p> <p>This includes direct support to the Deputy G3 (DG3) and G3 Sergeant Major (SGM). The role focuses on the collection, analysis, and dissemination of operational information, creation of General Officer-level staff products, and expert management of the Defense Travel System (DTS).</p> <p>Deliverables:</p> <ul> <li>Daily Close-out Notes. </li><li>G3/5/7 Weekly Situation Report (SITREP). </li><li>G3/5/7 Weekly Highlights to the Chief of Staff (CoS). </li><li>Agendas and talking points for the CENTCOM DJ3 / USARCENT G3/5/7 SVTC. </li><li>Agendas and talking points for the CENTCOM J3/J2 and Components SVTC. </li><li>Management and execution of the weekly GO-level G-3/5/7 Directorate Synchronization meeting. </li><li>Level 5 DTS reviewer of authorizations and vouchers. </li><li>Manages the G3/5/7 budget and attend G8 meetings as required. </li><li>Develop Spend plans ICW all G3/5/7 directorates. </li><li>Synchronize ARCENT DTS 5Ws via the CoS TDY 5Ws APP. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Typical Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors and six (6) years or more of related experience; Masters and four (4) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Deliver written products as directed. </li><li>Calendar synchronization. </li><li>Familiarity with MS Teams NIPR SIPR. </li><li>Must possess and maintain an active SECRET clearance. </li></ul> <p>Overview</p> <p>SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.</p> <p>SAIC is a premier Fortune 500 mission integrator focused on advancing the power of technology and innovation to serve and protect our world.
