A minimum of 4 years relevant experience in the Private Company and Family business environment</p> <p>? Must have a thorough understanding and working experience in auditing, reviews,</p> <p>accounting, IFRS and IFRS v SMEs, VAT and tax</p> <p>Responsibilities of role:</p> <p>? Manage portfolio of clients</p> <p>? Manage staff</p> <p>? Review work of staff</p> <p>? Interactions with clients and staff</p> <p>? Tax planning and calculations</p> <p>? Planning of work and staff allocations</p> <p>? Coaching and training of staff</p> <p>? Performance appraisals of staff</p> <p>? Proposals for new work</p> <p>? Comply with and drive internal risk management procedures</p> <p>? Invoice clients for work done</p> <p>? Collection of outstanding debtors</p> <p>?
