The visual & performing arts department at Lewis Mills is forward thinking and always strives for continuous improvement. We are looking for a candidate who will bring their own knowledge, expertise, and ideas to the table. An ideal digital photography and video production teacher at Lewis Mills High School is someone who reflects on their own practice and actively seeks out colleagues and other resources to improve student outcomes. We value collaboration on problems of practice and frequently work together to brainstorm solutions to unique problems or patterns that arise. Our team of arts specialists has the opportunity to meet during the day for a 9-12 arts department PLC and there are several professional learning opportunities throughout the year.
