As a Front Desk Officer in a commercial real estate setting, you will greet tenants and visitors, manage access control and badging, monitor cameras and alarm activity, and document security-related incidents with clear communication. Join Allied Universal for a caring culture built on integrity, teamwork, and innovative, reliable service.</p> <p>Position Type: Flex</p> <p>Pay Rate: $18.60 / Hour</p> <p>Job Schedule:</p> <p>DayTimeMon06:00 PM - 10:30 PMSun02:30 PM - 10:30 PM</p> <p>Why Join Us:</p> <ul> <li>Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more. </li><li>Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities. </li><li>Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future. </li><li>Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Provide customer service at the front desk by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. </li><li>Control access to the property by welcoming visitors, verifying identification and/or credentials as required, issuing visitor passes, and directing guests to the appropriate destination. </li><li>Monitor lobby activity and building systems as assigned, documenting security-related observations and reporting unusual conditions to property management and/or a supervisor. </li><li>Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting emergency services and/or internal contacts as needed and completing required reports. </li><li>Support tenant and visitor needs by answering phones, providing directions, coordinating deliveries and service vendors per site procedures, and maintaining accurate access logs and incident documentation. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Have at least 6 months of security-related experience. </li><li>Be comfortable using a computer and/or tablet, preferred. </li><li>Have access control and/or badge experience, preferred. </li><li>Have alarm panel experience, preferred. </li><li>Have a state, county, and/or city issued security license, preferred. </li><li>Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. </li><li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. </li><li>Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. </li><li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. </li><li>Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. </li><li>A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only. </li></ul> <p>Allied Universal is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
