This role involves preparing shipping documents, arranging truck pick-ups, and performing various administrative and operational tasks as assigned. Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Prepare accurate shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and other required paperwork for domestic and international shipments. Coordinate and schedule truck pick-ups with carriers, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods. Track shipments, update records, and manage documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Assist in inventory management by monitoring incoming and outgoing shipments and maintaining accurate records. Address and resolve any shipping discrepancies, delays, or damages in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
